What is the return policy?
Final Sale Policy (Without Sleep Trial):
For hygiene and safety reasons, all mattress purchases are considered final sale unless you choose to participate in our 100-night sleep trial with the purchase of an approved encased mattress protector. If the sleep trial is not selected at the time of purchase, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered or used.
How does the 100 day sleep trial work?
Sleep on your new mattress for 100 nights. If it’s not the perfect fit, get a refund or one-time exchange after the trial!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order will ship within 2-10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your mattresses?
Yes, all of our mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty length and coverage can vary by brand, but most include protection against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years or more. If you have questions about a specific mattress warranty, we’re happy to walk you through the details!
Can I take a mattress home today?
Yes we do have some mattresses in stock and ready to bring home today. Our inventory is always changing, so if you are looking for something specific in stock, please reach out.
