100-Day Comfort Sleep Trial & Return Policy

At The Online Mattress Store – Green Bay, we want every customer to feel confident in their mattress purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day comfort sleep trial on all eligible mattress purchases.

1. 100-Day Sleep Trial

Your 100-day trial begins on the date of delivery.
Mattresses must be used for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return or exchange.
This adjustment period allows your body time to adapt and provides a fair evaluation of your new mattress.

Important:
If a customer chooses not to participate in the 100-day sleep trial at the time of purchase, the mattress sale is considered final and is not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Protective Encased Mattress Protector Requirement

To participate in the 100-day sleep trial:

Customers must purchase and use an encased mattress protector from day one of delivery.
This protects the mattress from spills, stains, dust mites, and allergens, ensuring it remains in acceptable condition for trial and exchange purposes.

Protector Pricing: $65 (all sizes)

3. Comfort Exchange

One (1) comfort exchange per mattress purchase is permitted during the 100-day trial.
Exchanges are issued as in-store credit only.
Store credit may be applied toward any mattress or product in-store.

⚠️ Only one comfort exchange is allowed. A second exchange is not permitted.

4. Restocking Fee

If a customer chooses not to select a replacement mattress, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
This fee covers inspection, cleaning, logistics, and potential loss in resale value.

5. Condition Requirements

Mattresses must be clean, stain-free, and undamaged (normal sleep wear excepted).
Mattresses that are soiled, stained, or excessively worn may void eligibility for the sleep trial or result in additional fees.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

After completing at least 30 nights of sleep, please contact us:

We will schedule mattress pickup and review your available options. Store credit will be issued after inspection, or a refund will be processed if returning without an exchange (minus applicable restocking fees).

7. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are final sale:

Pillows
Bedding
Adjustable bases
Mattress protectors

Clearance items, floor models, and special-order items may not qualify for the 100-day sleep trial.
