100-Night Comfort Sleep Trial & Return Policy

At The Online Mattress Store – Green Bay, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your mattress purchase. That’s why we proudly offer a 100-night comfort sleep trial on eligible mattress purchases.

  1. 100-Night Sleep Trial

Your 100-night sleep trial begins on the date your mattress is delivered or picked up.

We ask that customers try their mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return or exchange. It can take time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface, and this adjustment period helps ensure a fair evaluation of comfort and support.

If a customer chooses to waive the 100-night sleep trial at the time of purchase, the mattress sale will be considered final sale and will not qualify for return or exchange.

  1. Comfort Exchange Policy

• One (1) comfort exchange is permitted per mattress purchase during the 100-night trial period.

• Exchanges are issued as store credit only and may be applied toward another mattress or eligible in-store product.

• Only one comfort exchange is allowed per original mattress purchase.

  1. Mattress Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, mattresses must be:

• Clean and free from stains, odors, or damage
• In sanitary condition
• Free from excessive wear, abuse, or misuse

Mattresses that are heavily stained, damaged, or unsanitary may not qualify for return or exchange eligibility.

  1. Return & Exchange Process

After completing at least 30 nights of sleep, customers may contact us to begin the return or exchange process.

Once approved, we will coordinate mattress pickup or return instructions. Store credit or exchange options will be processed after the mattress has been inspected.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pillows
• Bedding
• Adjustable bases
• Mattress protectors
• Clearance items
• Floor models
• Special-order items
