What is the return policy?
Final Sale Policy (Without Sleep Trial):
For hygiene and safety reasons, all mattress purchases are considered final sale unless you choose to participate in our 100-night sleep trial with the purchase of an approved encased mattress protector. If the sleep trial is not selected at the time of purchase, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered or used.
HOW DOES THE 100 DAY SLEEP TRIAL WORK?
Sleep on your new mattress for 100 nights. If it’s not the perfect fit, enjoy a full refund or one-time exchange after the trial!
